Do you love Payroll Come to Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Payroll Clerk in Selma, CA As a Payroll Clerk you will: Assist with payroll of Process weekly payroll for 900 employees Manage missing punches and timecard discrepancies Run and review time detail reports Update pay rates and employee information Assist the Payroll Manager with payroll processing tasks Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll-related tasks Communicate with employees regarding payroll issues and concerns This is a Full Time: Temp to Hire Time: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM with some potential for OT The ideal candidate will have the following requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in high-volume payroll processing Experience with Paycom software (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issues Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong organizational and communication skills Must pass a background check and drug screen High school diploma or equivalent required Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration Please hit APPLY to provide the required information, and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.
