Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our growing team. As a Restaurant General Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest has a positive, memorable experience. You will oversee the entire restaurant operation, manage staff, and implement strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
- Deliver exceptional guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
- Update Toast POS on a daily basis to reflect correct counts of menu items
- Manage restaurant's daily operations and supervise shifts
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Develop hourly and salary rates for FOH and BOH positions
- Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Create and nurture a positive working environment
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management
- Extensive food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
- Computer literacy, familiarity with restaurant management software including Toast, Slack, Restaurant 365, and Gmail
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Good financial management skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player with good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration
