We are seeking a Chef to join our team! It is a fast-paced dynamic environment where you will dedicate time to expand our customer base and help establish our brand and reputation.

Responsibilities will consist of the following but will not be limited to:

- Oversee day to day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and Kitchenware orders
- Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items to include weekly specials 
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Manage the kitchen team's schedules
- Work with management to create a memorable guest experience

Qualifications

- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking or other related fields
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion and creativity for food and cooking
- Strong leadership qualities
