Critically acclaimed and James Beard Award-winning seafood restaurant and cocktail bar, Maison Premiere, is seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef  to join our expanding team.

Maison Premiere is proud to announce the appointment of our new Executive Chef, Jorden Smith . Jorden brings a wealth of culinary expertise and a dynamic vision, developed over the past two years with Kent Hospitality at renowned establishments such as Time and Tide , SAGA , and Crown Shy . His time at these critically acclaimed restaurants has shaped his innovative approach to cuisine, blending technical precision with creative flair.

Culinary Direction
Our food philosophy draws inspiration from French classics , New England seafood , Japanese techniques , and Creole flavors , resulting in bold, vibrant dishes that reflect a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.

Position Requirements
We are seeking individuals with:

• Extensive fine dining experience and mastery of French technique.
• The ability to support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations efficiently and professionally.
• Strong leadership skills to maintain standards and expectations in the absence of the Chef.
• A commitment to excellence, respectful sourcing, and a technique-driven approach.
• A fast-paced work ethic and a passion for expanding knowledge of seafood cuisine.

Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays. Experience in managing brunch and dinner services is highly preferred.
