Procurement Specialist - Telecommunications

Join our team and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing technology spend across our organization. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement of goods and services, with a strong focus on Fiber-to-the-Cell (FTTC) technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for FTTC and other telecommunications services, including RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, contract negotiations, and vendor selection.
• Process approved contracts within designated systems (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign).
• Manage the renewal process for existing telecommunications contracts to ensure continuity of service and cost optimization.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in telecommunications procurement, with a strong preference for FTTC experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail 1 and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign.
• Experience with ERP systems.
