McLain & Merritt, a well-respected Atlanta law firm, seeks a litigation associate attorney for its Saint Simons Island office. The associate will work primarily with two partners on business and construction litigation.  Our team represents manufacturers, contractors, design professionals, and other businesses in litigation and arbitration throughout Georgia and nationally.  Seeking an attorney with 0-4 years’ experience. Strong legal research and writing skills are required. Associate will have opportunity for direct client contact, input on case management, and early deposition experience.
