Our client, a top virtual healthcare provider specializing in telemedicine, is seeking a full-time Senior Art Director. In this role, you’ll take charge of developing and executing compelling campaigns across various channels, products, and health conditions. Collaborating closely with a senior Copywriter, you’ll craft initiatives aimed at expanding the member base and enhancing engagement on the platform. This is fully remote (can sit anywhere in the US) full-time role. Competitive salary consisting of base, bonus and equity.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute high-impact campaigns and engaging content.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams of Art Directors.
- Drive innovative and strategic ideas across diverse marketing channels.
- Develop and manage content production for multiple platforms.
- Focus on achieving measurable outcomes through creative efforts.
- Build and manage a growing team of junior and mid-level creatives, including Art Directors, Copywriters, and Content Specialists.
Required Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in a creative role.
- A forward-thinking and imaginative approach to design and campaigns.
- Genuine enthusiasm for creating work that positively impacts people's lives.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering a wide range of marketing communication projects.
- Strong work ethic paired with an optimistic outlook.
- Adaptability in a dynamic workplace, with the flexibility to address evolving business priorities and objectives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required; experience with AfterEffects is a bonus.
