Hire Counsel is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to become a member of an AmLaw 100 law firm in Los Angeles.

Day to day duties:

• Working closely with clients, firm attorneys, various firm employees, and vendors
• Selecting and implementing strategy and designing discovery solutions for firm matter
• Managing projects, tracking and reporting on costs and progress
• Assisting case team with custodian interviews
• Leading teams of firm and contract attorneys
• Responding to work requests for a variety of issues and special project
• Leading trial preparation and supporting the processes

Qualifications:

• Must have a JD
• Admitted to the California bar, active and in good standing
• Flexibility to work long hours and travel on short notice
• Ability to go into office in Los Angeles, as needed
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with complex litigation in a law firm or equivalent with an emphasis on Project Management
• Experience with all aspects of litigation project management, including litigation holds, early fact development and case assessment, collection, processing, culling strategies, document review, production, and privilege logging
• Ability to prioritize and handle many urgent tasks and requests simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy
