A top international law firm and global powerhouse is looking to grow its market leading Structured Finance practice. The team is looking for lawyers at the junior-mid associate level in their New York Office.

The Structured Finance team has experience representing issuers and sponsors of residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities and warehouse facilities.

Ideally, the Structured Finance team is considering those lawyers with at least 2-7 years experience in a comparable setting with prior law experience in a peer law firm. Must be admitted to the NY Bar.
