Are you working at a Civil Engineering company and thinking about what it would be like on the other side of the table? My client, a developer with SIGNIFICANT land holdings, has a need for an in house Civil Engineer to review development plan designs, review quantity take offs and spearhead land development efficiencies. This position will function as an integral part of the development team, from providing development plan review on land acquisition diligence through the entire lifecycle of land development on multiple sites in SoCal. Successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience:

• Land development design/value engineering/quantity take offs.
• Have experience/reach into the SoCal marketplace with vendors/subcontractors.
• The ability to clearly communicate.
