Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Englewood, CO 80112 (100% Remote)

Duration: 06+ months with the possibility of extension or conversion (Temp - Hire)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. - $20.00/hr.

Work Hours: Mon - Fri (Start times range from 6:30am -9:30am MST and shifts end at the latest 6:30pm MST)

Job description:

Provides quality support to users by responding to end user inquiries and resolving problems associated with telecommunications networks, computer hardware and core business applications. Isolates problem source and works with the internal telecommunications, system operations, application development and vendors to resolve problems. Follows up with users to ensure problem resolution. Develops and maintains documentation of all activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications systems, hardware, and business applications.
• Isolate the source of problems and collaborate with internal teams (telecommunications, system operations, application development) and vendors to find solutions.
• Ensure all issues are addressed and resolved effectively, following up with users to confirm resolution.
• Document all support activities and issues for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide quality customer service via phone and other communication channels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of relevant experience in telecommunications or application programming.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer navigation.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment, systems, and vendor capabilities.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Banking experience is a plus.
