Technology Procurement & Budget Analyst

As a Technology Procurement & Budget Analyst, you will be responsible for managing technology budgets, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Budget Management: Maintain and analyze technology budgets for both recurring and one-time expenses.
- Track and forecast technology spend across all departments and locations.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and savings.
- Procurement Management: Oversee the internal purchase process for all technology-related expenses within Real Estate and Workplace Services.
- Manage contracts with third-party technology vendors, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
- Review and edit contractual documents related to technology purchases.
- Technology Strategy & Support: Provide strategic guidance and operational support related to technology procurement and budgeting.
- Conduct market research and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of technology resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with procurement software (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
- Knowledge of technology trends and emerging technologies
