Job Title: Change Agent - Drywall & Painting/Construction

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 + Bonus (DOE)

Position Overview:

The Change Agent will play a pivotal role in driving organizational improvements and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing practices, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to implement new strategies, technologies, and methodologies.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Provide training and resources to support employees in adapting to change.
• Develop metrics to evaluate the success of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and excellence.
