Our client, a growing litigation practice with an excellent reputation, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing legal advice to clients on a variety of litigation issues.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel.
• Drafting legal documents.
• Participating in legal proceedings, including depositions, motion hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and/or trial.

Qualifications:

• 1-8 years of litigation experience
• Must be licensed to practice law in Alabama
• Experience representing either plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation.
• Experience in hearings, depositions, and/or motion practice.
• Trial and arbitration experience is a plus.
