Junior Corporate Attorney

Our client is a top firm, seeking a general corporate attorney in New York. The salary range for this role is between $155k to $200k. This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general corporate expeirence.
• Public company securities experience is a plus, but not required.
• New York bar is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and analytical skills.
• Strong management and administrative skills.
