Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Superintendent at VM Iron Works & Structural Steel in Palm City, FL. The Field Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of steel erection projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing on-site personnel, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection experience
• Project Management and Supervisory skills
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Strong Communication and Leadership abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with scheduling and budgeting
• Certification in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety
• Welding and Metalworking proficiency
