TrustPoint.One has partnered with a boutique litigation law firm in their search for an Associate Attorney with an interest in Child Advocacy. The Litigation Attorney will support the firm's Child Advocacy Litigation group in West Chester, PA. The Litigation Attorney role is an ideal role for someone who is seeking the opportunity to make a positive difference in children's lives and to give back to the local community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Attending schedule court appearances
• Managing assigned caseload
• Analyzing facts considering relevant legal consideration
• Preparing litigation strategies
• Coordinating with court administration, clients, witnesses, experts, and others
• Interacting with case workers from the children and youth agency
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate a high levels of organization, efficiency, and professionalism while working alongside a team
• Active Bar License in PA
• 1-3 years of experience in litigation
• Child Advocacy Clinic Experience (Preferred)
