Litigation Attorney

About the company: Our client is seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with civil litigation experience to join a dynamic team in the East Bay. This opportunity offers interesting plaintiff and defense side work, a hybrid work schedule, a collaborative working environment, and a competitive compensation package. The annual minimum billable hours target is approximately 1600.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of litigation experience, with experience managing cases on their own. Trial experience is desired. Matters include complex litigation involving class action, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, data breaches, defamation, intellectual property, and real estate.

Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will encompass a range of matters, including:

• Manage cases
• Propose litigation strategy
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motions in court

Qualifications: Admission to the California bar is required. A good academic record as well as strong communication and organizational skills are desired. At least 5+ years of litigation experience.

Pay range and compensation package: This position provides a competitive base salary range of approximately $100,000-$200,000.
