• Collaborated with experts to enhance processes and achieve cost and quality goals.
• Estimated costs for new products, led cost reduction efforts, and improved workflows and equipment.
• Mentored junior engineers and contributed to R&D and cross-functional projects.

Key Qualifications

• 6+ years in manufacturing engineering with expertise in machining, tooling, brazing, and welding.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field; experience in NPI, design, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, MRP/Oracle, and knowledge of AS9100 and Six Sigma preferred.
