We are seeking a Senior Lead Controls Engineer to join our innovative Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team at International Motors in Elmendorf, TX. This role is critical in the design, development, and optimization of state-of-the-art control systems for commercial vehicles and bus manufacturing. Relocation available for this role

As our Senior Lead Controls Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving advanced manufacturing technology, ensuring the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. Lead the design, development, and optimization of control systems for new and existing facilities producing Class 5, 6, 7, and 8 commercial vehicles and buses.

Qualified candidates should have at least 8 years of product manufacturing experience and 1 year of lead experience. Qualifications must also include experience in Controls Leadership, Project Management and Systems Integration.
