Ben Martin Law Group is a national plaintiff's firm in Dallas, Texas. Our firm is 100% plaintiff personal injury and includes a mix of single event and mass tort dockets. We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies and case management plans.
- Represent clients in court, including depositions, hearings, mediation and trial.
- Draft and review critical legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in the mediation process.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation.
- Strong persuasive writing skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation technology.
