Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
• Provide training and resources to staff and families to foster communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License is required.
• Previous experience in school-based therapy or pediatrics is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping students achieve their communication goals.
