Candidates Must Have:

• Some degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a day care, preschool, or elementary school.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with licensing and regulatory requirements for daycare centers in Washington.
