Marble Law is seeking a few additional family law attorneys with 3+ years of experience to work with new clients in and around the Bay Area on a contract basis. The work includes every element of contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, child support, and more. The work perfectly suits individual attorneys and small law firms looking for a steady stream of clients, ample earning potential, and full control of their schedule.

**At Marble, we do our best to ensure that all attorneys and law firms that work with Marble are able to take on as many new clients as they are comfortable with--allowing for maximum earning potential. The work includes: (practicing law )

• Performing client consultations and evaluations for services needed.
• Completing necessary paperwork (petitions, RFOs, etc.) that are necessary for the client’s case and filing accordingly.
• Appearing in court for appearances, hearings, and potentially trials.
• Communicating with the client on enough occasions to ensure they feel heard.

The work does NOT include: (everything else )

• Marketing. Marble does the marketing and provides the clients.
• Initial intake. Marble takes the initial call to guarantee the contracting attorney is talking to a potential client with a potential family law need.
• Billing hours. All services are performed on a flat fee limited scope basis.
• Bill collection. Marble handles all bill collection and guarantees all payment to the contracting attorney.
