Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Millersville, MD 21108 (Candidate should be local Baltimore/DC/North Virginia area)

Duration: Direct Hire or Permanent Role

Shift: Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct labor supervision for assigned maintenance and repair operations.
• Account for and track field labor time and expenses. Weekly payroll for assigned personnel, which includes ensuring each tech’s work assignment has been coded properly and each ticket submission is accurate and easily understood by the intended audience.
• Provide parts support. Identifying and ordering efficiently and in appropriate time frame.
• Provide to perform job maintenance audits.
• Attend required meetings with customers.
• Operational geography responsibilities include all of Local 7 and Local 10 operation areas; as well as any future jurisdictions we may work in.
• Track shared tools, including certifications of equipment as required
• Instruct field personnel of proper means and methods.
• You will be the safety coordinator for maintenance field personnel. Safety training and audits.
• Compile various reports to include status of jobs, expected labor needs to meet budgeted completion and field performance measurements to ensure the quality and safety of work being performed.
• Work efficiently with all Company’s employees.
• Any additional requirements of job not listed herein.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years experience
• Elevator maintenance experience
