Overview: Our client, a prominent NY-based law firm has an immediate need for a Co-op/Condo Attorney.

Company: NY-based law firm with a marquee Real Estate Practice Group representing some of the most prominent property managers, co-ops, REITS and landlords.

Experience: 6+ years of legal experience

Location: NY, NY (Hybrid schedule: 2 days WFH)

Description: Seeking a senior Real Estate attorney with substantial experience advising condominium and cooperative boards on a broad range of matters, including: corporate governance, vendor contracts, elections, annual meetings, mortgage foreclosures, and by-law amendments. Experience litigating matters in court. The firm represents some of the most prominent property managers, co-ops, REITS and landlords.
