A leading boutique law firm with an office in Baltimore is seeking a talented commercial litigation attorney to join their Litigation Department. If you have 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation (both state and federal courts), this is your chance to step into a role with immediate responsibility for dynamic and challenging matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex legal issues.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Manage, organize, and oversee all aspects of e-discovery (experience with platforms like Relativity or Nextpoint is a plus!).

Attend court hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.

Participate in all aspects of case development from start to finish.

Qualifications:

?? Minimum 4 years of litigation experience .

?? Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

?? Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred .
