Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control efforts. In this role, you will oversee all quality-related processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to monitor and enhance product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Analyze quality data and trends, implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and improve processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts for quality-related issues.
  • Establish and maintain quality metrics, reporting results to senior management.
  • Train and mentor employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets company specifications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements related to quality management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in quality management within the plastics manufacturing industry or a similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and methodologies, including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Certifications preferred
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and customer audits.
