Our Client is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse range of clients, from individuals and family offices to institutional investors. You’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless onboarding, answering inquiries with clarity and professionalism, and collaborating across teams to enhance the overall client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted resource for clients, addressing inquiries with efficiency and a client-first mindset.
• Guide financial advisors and high-net-worth individuals through the investment onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
• Partner with portfolio managers to facilitate investment transactions, including verifying wire transfers and trade-day logistics.
• Work alongside the sales team, participating in meetings and calls to provide insights on onboarding and product functionality.
• Maintain and update key client records, ensuring accuracy and organization in firm-wide documentation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Client Service or Investor Relations within Financial Services, Asset Management, or a closely related industry.
• Strong proficiency with technology, including Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional approach.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation

• Competitive salary: $120,000 – $135,000 + equity
