CertaPro Painters and Carpentry of Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky is one of the largest residential and commercial painting and carpentry contractors in the Greater Cincinnati area. We are eagerly hiring a new Commercial Production Field Supervisor to help provide the highest quality of service and satisfaction to our customers. We take pride in our work and put customer and employee satisfaction as top priorities.
The ideal candidate is hard-working, comfortable speaking on the phone, an organized multi-tasker and has the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. As an integral part of our commercial production team, the Field Supervisor must communicate all needed information/updates to Customers, Sales Staff, Logistics Coordinator and Contractors to ensure that commercial projects are completed on time and on budget to the highest quality.
Exceeding in this role means adhering to the systems in place for training, managing, and providing continuous updates, and playing a foremost part in living by CertaPro’s Core values.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects at or above CertaPro’s standards.
- Constant phone, text and email communication.
- Monitor, train and enforce safety standards with production crews.
- Communicate with vendors and assist in product and equipment acquisition.
- Communicate and resolve issues between CertaPro’s staff, customers and crews.
- Perform administrative duties when needed.
- Attend meetings.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Excellent conflict resolution and inter-personal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license with clean and safe driving record.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (not required).
Education:
- High school or equivalent.
- Associate degree (preferred).
Experience:
- Working with contractors.
- Customer service (2-3 years preferred).
Schedule:
- Field / In-Office
- 8am - 5pm / Monday - Friday
*Expected to be on call during high volume months as CertaPro is a seasonal business.
