About the Senior Construction Project Manager Role:

You will manage ground-up construction projects in the North Jersey and metro area of New York. Your portfolio will encompass multifamily developments ranging from 70 to 600 units, providing you with a dynamic and rewarding challenge in one of the most competitive markets in the

Country.

Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, creating detailed project plans, and developing budgets.

Resource Allocation: Assigning tasks and resources to team members, including subcontractors, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials.

Cost Management: Developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial viability.

Schedule Management: Creating and monitoring project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions and ensure project success.

Contract Management: Managing contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and meeting minutes.

Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.

About you:

• 5+ years in NY/NJ construction project management

• Project management experience with multi-family construction projects (Greenfield)

• Building Management Software

• Construction-related degree preferred

• Ability to read blueprints
