Must Have 7+ Years of Experience.

Job Description:

5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management

proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering

Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required

In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes

Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multip

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels with and externally

Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization

Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product

Excellent written & verbal communication

Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science
