Your Opportunity to Lead & Grow

We are looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Project Manager to join our Florida team. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for both technical project execution and business development , helping to expand our geotechnical services across key markets.

With a strong portfolio of client relationships and a growing demand for our expertise, this position offers an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded professional to lead projects, engage with clients, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively identify new opportunities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee geotechnical investigations, geohazard assessments, engineering design, and construction support for infrastructure, energy, and mining projects.
  • Technical Excellence: Ensure high-quality geotechnical analyses, including soil and rock classification, slope stability, earth retention systems, deep/shallow foundation design, and soil improvement techniques.
  • Team Mentorship & Management: Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Proposal & Report Oversight: Provide quality control for technical reports and proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and value to clients.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at professional and technical organizations, strengthening our presence in the market.


What You Bring to the Role

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, or Mining Engineering (Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering preferred).
  • Experience: 8+ years in geotechnical engineering, with a track record of business development and client relationship management .
  • Sector Expertise: Experience in energy, mining, and/or heavy commercial projects is highly desirable.
  • Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
