What we are looking for:MMG is seeking flexible physicians to deliver exceptional medical care to patients by: Conducting thorough annual assessments Providing counsel to patients on their health concerns Documenting care delivered into EPIC Appropriately referring patients who have ongoing or acute medical needsIn this role, the primary care physician will: Perform patient histories and physical examinations. Evaluate findings and provide appropriate patient care Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care. Emphasize early detection of ailments, prevention, and all- around wellness Provide relationship-centered care, collaborating with our Integrated Behavioral Health team Participate in the Quality Assurance Program Communicate effectively with the clinical team Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings Requirements: Board Certified in Family or Board Eligible Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) Current unrestricted State license and unrestricted DEA certificate Experience in Preventive Medicine is a plus Comfortable with electronic medical recordMontefiore Health System has redefined healthcare.
