JOB PURPOSE

The Software Developer is responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects. This includes implementing computer system requirements by analyzing system problems, designing, developing, and testing solutions. The role involves creating and enhancing information systems, collaborating with other departments to ensure quality and professionalism, and delivering projects on time.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Rapidly improve enterprise applications across mobile, web, backend platforms, and integrations.
• Implement cross-functional application design strategies, architecture, and platforms to ensure flexibility, scalability, security, and performance.
• Engage in developing, refining, and enhancing features in web-based systems, including EMR, PHR, and enrollment platforms.
• Determine how new systems, upgrades, or components can best meet user needs.
• Provide application troubleshooting support for systems.
• Manage, modify, and administer databases, ensuring proper backup functionality.
• Collaborate with outsourced teams to determine appropriate methodologies for engagements.
• Actively participate in issue resolution and develop working solutions to resolve problems.
• Provide technical expertise in development and programming.
• Foster collaboration by sharing creative solutions and removing roadblocks.
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals.
• Collaborate with team members to define software requirements.
• Troubleshoot coding issues efficiently to maintain productivity.
• Mentor team members and provide design guidance for product development.
• Analyze and document business requirements and processes, communicating requirements with conceptual data and process models.
• Write and maintain accurate documentation for supported applications.
• Create system specifications based on user requirements.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain consistent attendance and actively promote company culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong expertise in Web or Windows Development.
• Proficiency in:
• C#, Visual Studio, JavaScript, SQL (Queries, Stored Procedures).
• Restful Services and Back-End APIs.
• Software design using C#, ASP.Net, JQuery, LINQ, JavaScript, WCF, MVC, HTML, and T-SQL.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, MVVM frameworks, Bootstrap, Angular, LT Admin, Chart.js, EDI, and Java is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (five years of C# software development).
