We are seeking a Full Time Marketing Assistant to join our Community Outreach team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve outreach event issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Marketing Assistant Requirements :
- 1-2 years of community outreach, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Able to work full time, 40 hours a week
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to travel locally
- Comfortable with in person sales and customer service
