On behalf of our client, a circular supply chain technology leader serving global brands like Nike and LOreal, we are seeking a skilled Customer Operations Specialist.

This role offers hybrid flexibility out of San Francisco.

About the Role:

As the first full-time member of the Customer Operations & Support function, youll play a key role in defining how we treat our customers. Reporting to the CPO, you will have the opportunity and creative freedom to help set the foundations of what this looks like for us - deploying AI at the foundations of how we respond to customer queries.

In this role you will:

• Solve customer queries with the perfect blend of passion, curiosity and humility. We celebrate the small and big victories we provide to our customers on a day-to-day basis.
• Have your eyes and ears to the ground to understand where there are issues in our platform and feed this back into our product & engineering team.
• Build the processes which will support the scaling of our Customer Support function.
