Diesel Mechanics Benefits:

Diesel Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues in Class 8 trucks
- Diagnose and repair issues with brakes, tires, transmission, steering, and other systems
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform welding or fabrication tasks on trailers and other equipment as necessary
- Prepare and complete work orders on Cetaris maintenance software
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace
- Other tasks as needed
Diesel Technician Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license (CDL strongly preferred)
- Must be able to read and speak English fluently
- At least 1 year of truck and trailer mechanical experience is required
- Experience with Class 8 truck maintenance
- Possess basic mechanical tools
- Perform basic computer skills
- Perform basic math skills
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Knowledge and use of hand tools from simple wrenches to pneumatic tools
