Job Details
A dynamic legal team is seeking a motivated associate attorney with at least two years of land use experience. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to engage in complex zoning and development matters while working with a diverse client base in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in land use and zoning matters, including handling applications before municipal and county planning and zoning boards
Participate in hearings and provide strategic legal guidance on regulatory and compliance issues
Advise on real estate development projects, including zoning approvals, site plan approvals, and environmental considerations
Experience in affordable housing or commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, leasing, financing) is a plus
Work with developers, institutional investors, and commercial real estate professionals on legal strategies
