Position: Project Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $130,000–$140,000/year

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects , from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
  • Lead coordination efforts between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, timelines, and cost expectations.
  • Monitor contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to keep progress on track.
  • Enforce safety policies and regulations across all job sites.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction .
  • Proven success managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+ or more.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork.
  • Expertise in construction processes, contracts, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
