Finance Manager / Head (Head - F & A)

Location: Dalton, Georgia - 100% Onsite

Experience: 10-12 Years

Full-time Role.

Job Purpose:

Plan, direct and monitor all the financial and accounting systems and processes in order to ensure proper accounting, fund management, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, statutory compliances, budgeting, taxation, management information system and various cost optimization initiatives for Advanced Materials business in USA to achieve its goals.

Key challenges:

1. Evaluate tax incentives for brownfield expansion.

2. Monitor the project within the CAPEX and timelines

3. Accountable for P&B function, Working Capital and Cash Flow management

4. Regular and accurate sales Accounting, ensuring timely collection of receivables and timely updating of credit limits

5. Ensure timely payments to Vendors/Employees

6. Compliance of taxation and other statutory regulations including Audits

7. Meeting expectations of internal customers

8. Management of inter-company transactions and reconciliations

9. Management of Banking, Fund management & Insurance

10. SAP implementation and effective utilization
