Our Client

A leading general contractor with over 60 years in the industry, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team in Dallas. The company culture fosters loyalty and collaboration, and have an average employee tenure of 6.6 years.


They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Multifamily projects, garden style and high-rise and a proven track record of managing projects with values up to $30 million or more. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and craftsmen, and ensuring that their projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of Multifamily projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to resolve challenges and optimize project efficiency and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Superintendent in Multifamily projects, garden style and high-rise with values $30M+.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour.


What we offer

  • Competitive salary of $110,000-$130,000, based on experience + bonus.
