Job Title: Learning Administrator
Location: Tualatin, OR 97062 (Hybrid)
Pay range: $40-45/hour on W2.

Shift: 8am-5pm M-F (Virtual Flex - on-site 1 day per month)
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Learning Administrator to join our Change Management team.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency with Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience with learning administration in HealthCare or other regulated business environments is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with a 3rd-party, off-shore team of content developers to stage, load and test course files in Cornerstone On-Demand.
Create and manage events and sessions, online training, organizational groups, learning assignments, evaluations, quizzes/tests in Cornerstone On-Demand.
Create and share standard and reporting 2.0 reports in Cornerstone On-Demand.
Act as the single point-of-contact for questions, issues with the DT program’s courses
Coordinate and collaborate with other Central Learning Administrators as needed for DT program courses and assignments
Troubleshoot learner issues and provide guidance
Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions in our Learning Management System. This may include arranging venues, materials, and equipment.
Manage training registrations, attendance, and feedback in our Learning Management System, ensuring that all participants are informed and prepared for their training sessions.
Maintain and update courses in the LMS, ensuring they are current and relevant.
Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on training outcomes and metrics.
Audit all content created in the LMS to ensure it is still relevant, deactivate as necessary.
Maintain courses, source files and course meta-data in a secure SharePoint site.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent job experience) required.
Advanced knowledge of Cornerstone On-demand Learning Management System.
Solid SharePoint Online skills.
Proven experience in coordinating training programs or similar coordination roles.
Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail skills.
Strong technical and organizational skills to overcome technical obstacles such as system downtimes, software bugs, and compatibility issues.
