Must have LCMS and protein analysis
Chromatographic methods should come a long with this

Job Description:
Will be doing a good amount of maintenance on Mass Spec equipment along with some troubleshooting
·Might be doing some sample prep work as well.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various Discovery Research Therapeutic Areas (TAs) and Projects by providing analytical and functional characterization of biologics and biopharmaceutical products, such as complex protein antigens, monoclonal antibodies, multi-specifics, and other antibody-like biologics.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct mass spectrometry analyses for comprehensive characterization of biologics and biotherapeutics, including intact, reduced, subunit, and peptide mapping approaches.
• Perform regular analytical assessments of biologics utilizing methods such as Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Reverse Phase Liquid Chromatography (RPLC), Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), and automation technologies.
• Ensure the optimal functioning of laboratory equipment through routine maintenance and effective troubleshooting of experimental challenges.
• Evaluate, document, and succinctly report experimental data, formulate well-supported conclusions, and design subsequent experiments informed by multidisciplinary insights.
• Document laboratory activities in Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN) in accordance with best practices for good documentation.
• Work closely with other scientists and departments to ensure alignment and progress on project goals.
• Contribute to team discussions, share valuable insights, and present experimental findings and progress updates to colleagues and stakeholders.
