Job Title: Demand Planner

Salary: Up to $100k

Job Summary: LHH is seeking an experienced Demand Planner with a strong background in food manufacturing and distribution center (DC) operations. This role involves developing accurate demand forecasts, managing new product launches, optimizing material management, and collaborating cross-functionally to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts by analyzing sales trends and customer orders.
• Collaborate with Sales to align forecasts with customer demand and promotional activities.
• Manage new product launch timelines and demand plans.
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Support sales with direct customer engagement.
• Utilize DEACOM forecasting tool for consistent volume and demand.
• Partner with Sales and Purchasing for end-of-life product strategies.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related field, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and EOL strategies.
