Job Title: Project Analyst

Location: Pomona, CA | Hybrid (In-office Wednesdays and Thursdays)

Duration: 18 months

Pay: $30-$35

Seeking a Project Analyst 2 to support the interconnection application process , ensuring the seamless intake and management of new requests. The specialist will work closely with advisors and analysts to facilitate smooth contract negotiations by ensuring all preliminary contractual and technical documentation is in place. This role also requires effective business record management , ensuring compliance with company policies and timely updates to document libraries and databases.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and process new interconnection applications in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a team of advisors and analysts to manage application intake processes.
• Ensure all preliminary contractual and technical documentation is complete before contract negotiations.
• Maintain and update all business records, document libraries, and databases in compliance with policies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), SharePoint , and experience with relational databases and queries .
• Strong experience in documenting business processes, developing operating procedures, and creating job aids .
• Background in data management, business process management, and system implementation .
