Job Type: Full Time (Relocation is provided)

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing team, driving the development of new production processes and enhancing existing workflows. In this role, you will take the lead on engineering initiatives, implement innovative solutions, and provide support to global aircraft facilities as required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) efforts for new and existing programs.
• Create NC programs, work instructions, tooling lists, and process documentation for complex milled parts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, operations, and suppliers to solve process-related issues.
• Support automated manufacturing cells and drive process stability.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Hands-on CNC machining experience with milled parts.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and process optimization and CAD/CAM programming expertise
• Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and 5-axis machining.
