310 Nutrition is a top-performing health and wellness e-commerce brand , generating millions in revenue through Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok . As we shift to a TikTok-first strategy , we’re looking for a Creative Director to lead high-impact, short-form video ads that drive revenue across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

About the Role

We need a performance-driven Creative Director with direct response ad expertise on Meta and the ability to adapt that success to TikTok and today’s evolving social media landscape . You’ll collaborate with editors, copywriters, analysts, media buyers, and our 15-person creator outreach team to develop and scale high-performing creative campaigns .


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Creative Strategy – Develop and execute TikTok-first creative that scales across paid platforms.
  • Test & Optimize – Use TikTok to test hooks, offers, and trends before transitioning to paid ads on Meta, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Oversee Production – Work on-set at our TikTok house studio in LA , guiding creators to produce shoppable videos and live content .
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with media buyers, copywriters, editors, and analysts to optimize performance.
  • Scale Winning Creatives – Identify top-performing organic content and turn them into high-ROI paid campaigns .

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Direct Response Advertising – Proven experience creating high-performing, short-form video ads with millions in ad spend .
  • Deep Paid Media Expertise – Strong background in Meta ads , with experience adapting to TikTok’s fast-moving trends .
  • E-Commerce & DTC Experience – Background in health, wellness, beauty, or large-scale e-commerce preferred.
  • Creative & Analytical Thinker – Skilled in writing hooks, crafting offers, and analyzing A/B test results to optimize performance.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration – Experience managing editors, designers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life.
