AWS/CES is seeking a Maintenance Manager for an Industrial manufacturing client in Pulaski, TN

• Location: Pulaski, TN
• Schedule: Direct Hire/ Full time
• Compensation: $100,000+ salary base DOE + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing maintenance plans to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability of equipment.
• Managing and leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective and compliant maintenance activities.
• Performing routine inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Working closely with other departments to optimize machinery performance and minimize production disruptions.
• Overseeing maintenance-related budgets and capital budget to control costs while maintaining high standards of equipment upkeep.
• Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, PM program and inspections.
• Planning and scheduling both planned and unplanned maintenance work.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of running foundry maintenance operations.
• Experience in foundry maintenance operations is essential. Disa and/or no-bake experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including casting, heat treatment, and related
• technologies.
• Foundry experience in the production of wear-resistant components.
