Job Description

Adecco has partnered with an industrial piping products company serving the water and waste water treatment industry.


We are hiring a Full Time, Direct Hire Industrial Electrician positions in Sultan, WA 98294. (Full Benefits). Don’t need to be licensed Journeyman but need to be able to run cables, understand NEC codes, have had experience of working in MFG or industrial ENVT

Some maintenance support also required – this is NOT a 100% electrician job b/c it’s a Foundry , will need to help w/ some maintenance work as assigned too

  • must understand what breakers are feeding into what – what wires shut off power / which breakers belong to which wire lines / running 1 line diagrams
  • Working w/ automations person to work through improving wiring/helping w/ automation


Salary: $35-52/hour, slightly flexible for the right candidate

Hours: FLEXIBLE; options are 8:00-5:00pm (ideal) – but also can work a Swing shift or graveyard shift, depending on the candidate’s needs

Swing shift will have $1/hour more; graveyard will be $2/hour more



Must have skills :

  1. Industrial electrical , conduit, and wire codes. 3 saddle bend.
  2. Schematics and drawings, electrical and mechanical (electrical)
  3. NEC knowledge
  4. MCC (motor control centers). Know how the magnetic starter work, control power, inputs, etc…
  5. Logic controls, PLCs, pull cables, emergency stops.

Nice to have skills:

  1. Welding, ok basic level.
  2. Low voltage (ethernet)
  3. Milwright, Mechanical
